PackSensor
The PackSensor, an exclusivity of STERITECH, measures continuously the
deformation of the product during the sterilization process, allowing a
real time control of the inside pressure.
If the internal pressure of the product increases beyond programmed
parameters, the Steritech PackSensor notifies in real time the control
programme in order to adjust continuously the retort inside pressure.
With the PackSensor you have a total control on the quality of your product during the sterilization cycle.
It works with all types of packaging (jars, cans, pouches, all plastic containers...).
Rocking System

STERITECH SA offers an alternative solution to the classical system of rotative retorts : the Rocking System is our solution for an optimal heat penetration inside the product.
Besides allowing a shorter cycle time and an optimum quality of
products without cold spots, the Rocking System offers a major
advantage over rotative retorts ; it requires little space in the
autclave and therefore permits to handle a higher number of products per
operation.
Control Panel
STERITECH retorts include an industry-PC-based dedicated control programme with SCADA supervision and colour touch-screen. Its features:
